What care costs here
We are out of network
We do not bill insurance and we are not in any insurer's network. You pay the practice directly, at the time of service.
What we give you is an itemised receipt with the procedure codes on it. You can submit that to your insurer or to your HSA yourself, and many patients do. Whether they reimburse you is between you and them, and it is not something we can promise or predict.
We take major credit cards, cash, and health savings accounts. For patients who qualify, we can talk about a payment plan.
Your first day
The first day is a wide range, and it is wide for a reason. It is the difference between a day spent finding out what is going on and a day that also does something about it.
The examination itself is $375 or $575. A straightforward presentation can be handled with the $375 new patient consultation. The $575 comprehensive consultation is the detailed examination and the full review of your history: everything you have already been through, everything that has already been tried, and all the imaging you already have.
Imaging is priced separately and is not included in that fee. Digital Motion X-Ray is $300, $600 or $1,000 depending on how much of the spine is studied. Diagnostic ultrasound is $100 focused or $200 comprehensive. If we do not think you need imaging, we do not run it.
Put together, our published first-day totals run $1,250 for a simple case, $1,825 for a moderate one, and $2,475 for a comprehensive one, where the day also includes diagnostics and the start of care. Those three worked examples, and every line item behind them, are on the fee schedule.
Most of the people who land at the top of that range travelled a long way to get here, and building the whole thing into one day is what makes the trip worth making.

Follow-up visits
Follow-up visits are built from the same published line items. A curve check is $150, or $225 for a complex one. Chiropractic adjustments run $100 to $150 depending on how many regions are involved. Therapeutic exercises are $100. Connective tissue dry needling is $125 per 15 minute session. What a given visit costs depends on which of those it actually includes.
Most cases run 5 to 20 visits
How many depends on how complex the case is, and we will give you our honest estimate after we have examined you, not before.
Some cases take much longer, and we want you to know that now
The most difficult cases we see have taken 40 visits and more before the person sitting in front of us called it a success. Their definition, not ours: better function, a better quality of life, and symptoms that had not come back.
We are telling you this because complex cases are what this practice was built around, and because a long case is not a reason we stop. It is the work. What we will not do is tell you in advance which kind of case you are, or promise you a result. Nobody honest can do either of those things.
So where would you land?
That is the one question the range cannot answer, and it is the question worth answering before you spend anything at all.
Ask for a complimentary discovery call. We will go through your history, what has already been tried, and what imaging you already have, and we will tell you roughly where in that range you would likely fall, and whether coming here makes sense for you at all.
